Cultural And Creative Arts For JSS – Book 1

This is a three-year course designed to fully cover the requirements of the new NERDC Cultural and Creative Arts curriculum for universal basic education at the junior secondary level. The basic aim is to address evolving issues that concern our immediate environment and also help students to be self-empowered by sensitizing their creative reasoning. The course is divided into sub-themes, with each unit given adequate attention with vocabulary review, class activities and question review. Features Colourful illustrations and pictures to arouse pupils’ interest. Simple diction and straightforward style of presentation to enhance understanding. Examples are drawn from learners’ immediate environment. Provision of exercises and activities to enhance learning.
